I stay there for one night with my wife and 1.3 years old son. So all i wanted is clean room and good service. And I am satisfied. It is not situated right on the beach but out of new digha chaos. Breakfast is decent and swimming pool is great also with good maintenance. Food is costly but it's worthy. Overall very good hotel.

Disgusting attitude of Hotel staff

Had a booking for 3 rooms for family tour this weekend. The road is undergoing construction. The premise is not accessible by automobiles. No one informed us earlier. The hotel staff very reluctantly denied onus by citing reason that booking was not made directly but through online service provider. Even provided lame excuses of not arranging any alternative hand-drawn vehicle.No WiFi, although advertised.one of the room had cockroaches & torn-tattered pillow cover.

We checked in on 23rd January. We have taken one suite and two executive rooms. All rooms are dirty I guess they never done dusting and sweeping for three to four months. All the furniture are severely damaged no maintenance. We were offered complimentary breakfast but no spread. You have to stick to puri and sabji. The food rates are exorbitantly high.

Once the best hotel in Digha is now not even a shadow of the past. The hospitality and wait time is painful. The upkeep and hygeine of rooms require immediate attention. After our last family visit we have decided never to stay in this property again.

This hotel is very chic compared to the other hotels which are present nearby but the reason why it stands out among the numerous others - is because it offers quality over quantity which is hard to come by in Digha.
